Thermocouples
Thermocouples are used in industry for measuring the temperature of gases, liquids or solid surfaces etc., It's usually assembled with indicators, recorders or computers.
A thermocouple consists of two dissimilar metals joined together at one end. When the junction of the two metals be cooled or heated and a voltage is produced that can be correlated back to the temperature.

Resistance Temperature Detector ( RTD)
Chongqing ODE Instrument Co., Ltd providing Resistance Temperature Detector ( RTD) is a sensor, which operates on the principle that the resistance increases with an increase in temperature at a specific rate. Commonly manufactured using a platinum resistance element. It is more accurate and more linear than thermocouples and generally slower responding.

Thermowell
Chongqing ODE Instrument Co., Ltd providing a wide range of both drilled and flanged thermowells. A threaded or flanged closed end tube which is mounted directly to the process or vessel, designed to protect the thermocouple or RTD from the process surroundings to avoid the corrosive fluids, high pressures and high flow velocities.
Our drilled thermowells are typically manufactured from single piece bar-stock without welds. It is available in multiple physical configurations, in a wide variety of materials, and with a choice of bore sizes and mounting threads and flange sizes.
Thermocouple Compensating and Extension Cable
In industrial installations where the recorder and control instruments are located remotely from the thermocouples, compensating cable or extension Cable must be used between the thermocouple and instrument to reduce costs.
Extension cables use the actual thermocouple materials. This is achieved by using cheaper insulations, wider tolerance alloys and thinner conductors. They are produced in multi-stranded forms for ease of installation. Calibration: NX 、 KX 、 EX 、 JX 、 TX
Compensating cables use completely different alloys that happen to exhibit very similar thermo-electric properties up to a limited temperature (usually 250 ℃ ).
